Set Up An Account

  • Setting up a new account with TPM? Click here to fill out a New Account Request.  Please note that the typical turnaround time for setting up a new account is 5-7 business days.

  • Paying via Credit Card, download the credit card form and return it with your signed proposal
    • Effective 8/22/23, there will be a 3.5% credit card processing fee added for all orders

Service & Support

  • To see a global view of your account, place and manage technical support needs, pay invoices, etc., you may access your account on TPM’s Customer Portal.
  • Need to place a service call, access technical support, or order supplies?
  • After Hours Policy
    • TPM offers support Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Support requests outside of these hours will be handled per this After-Hour Policy.
    • On-Call time can be scheduled at the rate of $100.00 per hour
    • On-Call time must be scheduled with a 4-hour minimum
    • Consulting/Work time billed at the rate of $375.00 per hour
    • Service & Support after hours are subject to availability
