Welcome to the TPM Family!  It is our goal as an organization to streamline the way we do business with our customers.  Much of that comes through utilizing technology to improve our customer experience, setting realistic expectations, and offering proactive communication with the organization that we work with.  Below is the most critical information needed to do business with TPM!

Set Up An Account

  • Setting up a new account with TPM? Click here to fill out a New Account Request.  Please note that typical turnaround time for setting up a new account is 5-7 business days

Payment Options

  • Paying via Credit Card, download credit card form and return with your signed proposal
    • Effective 9/1/19, there will be a 3% credit card fee added for orders over $1500 (Pre Tax)

  • Need to pay invoices, speak with someone in accounting, or inquire about your account?

Service & Support

  • To see a global view of your account, place and manage technical support needs, pay invoices, etc. you may access your account on TPM’s Customer Portal.
  • Need to place a service call, access technical support, or order supplies?
  • After Hours Policy
    • TPM offers support Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Support requests outside of these hours will be handled per this After Hour Policy
    • On-Call time can be scheduled at the rate of $100.00 per hour
    • On-Call time must be scheduled with a 4-hour minimum
    • Consulting/Work time billed at the rate of $375.00 per hour
    • Service & Support after hours are subject to availability
