Our People

TPM may be split into five divisions and six locations, but when it comes to the more than 100 people who make up our company, we couldn’t be more united.

TPM has an authentic family atmosphere. This family culture is certainly not because our employees are all related or have the same backgrounds—in fact, many of our team members have little in common demographically. The fact that TPM is family-owned may have inspired the familial atmosphere, but it’s our commitment to our customers and our desire to never stop learning that truly grounds us.

Our Vice President, Chris Fay says, “I love our company. I love everything we do. I love hearing from our customers and learning about their businesses. I am also so excited about the future of our organization and the ways that we will continue to evolve. I love how infectious it is to work here and to watch the excitement grow in the team that works for us.”

  • Everybody treats you like family, and as a result, we treat our customers the same way.

  • I think we have one of the best teams in the entire country. We can have all of the cool technology in the world, but at the end of the day, our company is really executed by people. We’re only as good as those individuals that work here, and I’m just so honored to have such a great team to work with each and every day.

Commitment to Excellence

We believe one of the greatest results of a family atmosphere is when that familial foundation improves interactions with customers. By looking out for our clients and doing our best work for them, we make each of them feel like part of the family, too!

Guided by the example of our founder Jerry Cooper, every member of the TPM family demonstrates a commitment to excellence through daily tasks and customer relationships.
