Payment is due upon registration. Unless otherwise stated, all listed courses are priced per-student. You may pay by cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Please make checks payable to TPM, Inc. TPM will invoice the customer’s account Net 30. Credit Application available upon request.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, written notice must be provided to TPM 10 working days prior to the class date to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellation notice given less than 10 working days will be charged 50% of the course price. Less than 24 hours notice or no shows will be billed the entire cost of the class. Substitution of registrant is allowed at no charge.
TPM reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule classes lacking sufficient enrollment. In the event of a cancellation, TPM will make every attempt to place the student in the next available course. Pre-paid students who are registered in a class that is cancelled by TPM are edible for a full refund.
More than 10 days notice = 100% Refund
9 days to 1 day notice = 50% Refund
Less than 24 hour notice = No Refund
Postponement and Re-Scheduling
TPM reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule classes lacking
sufficient enrollment. If a class does not have the minimum number of students, TPM will postpone or re-schedule the class for a later date.
