What do I need to place a supply order?
You will need to give us the Equipment ID number on the TPM sticker on the front of your equipment and what quantity you would like.
When is TPM open?
Orders can be called in, faxed, or placed online 24 hours, 7 days a week. Customer service representatives are available 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday -Friday.

Will sales tax be applied to my order?
Sales tax will be applied to all orders unless a tax exempt form is provided at time of order.
Is there a product guarantee for compatible/remanufactured items?
All of our products come with 100% satisfaction guarantee; if you are not satisfied with a product we will replace the product or return your money.
Will I receive my merchandise next business day?
Yes, if your order was placed before noon eastern time, we can arrange for next business day delivery.
What credit cards does TPM accept?
TPM accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
What are TPM's payment terms?
TPM offers "net 30" terms to approved accounts. A late charge of 1.5% per month added to any outstanding balance over 30 days.
